Yet all too often we overlook the ways in which our day-to-day communication can either enhance or undermine our ability to build influence and connection with our clients or colleagues. This workshop introduces attendees to the principles, tools and concrete strategies that will ensure every meeting, pitch or conversation helps to build trusted relationships and, in so doing, deliver business results.

 CHALLENGING COMMUNICATION

Managing difficult conversations takes courage, skill and emotional resilience. Whether we’re delivering a tough message to an important client, offering honest feedback to a colleague, or respectfully pushing back on a senior stakeholder’s idea, it can be challenging to land our point whilst mastering our emotions and staying in control. Our challenging communication workshop will equip participants with the knowledge, skill and insight they need to protect their business relationships whilst navigating these tough conversations to the best possible outcome.

STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION

There’s no point having a fantastic strategy if it sits gathering dust in a bottom drawer. It is therefore crucial that leaders understand how to deliver an aligned & effective communication campaign that will galvanise their workforce around a common purpose and ensure the strategy takes hold. This workshop introduces attendees to the Ancient Greek principles of persuasive communication - Ethos, Logos, Kairos and Pathos - which will enable them to more effectively craft, communicate and cascade business messages and thus mobilise real change.
